 - The Phillies finished the 2025 season ahead of the Yankees and Mets.

 - The Eagles are ahead of the Giants and Jets.

 

 - The Sixers are ahead of the Knicks and Nets.

​

 - The Flyers are ahead of the Rangers and Islanders.

​

 - Even the Union are getting into the act. They finished their 2025 season ahead of the NYC Football Club and Red Bulls - and everyone else for that matter.

If you thought Billy Penn's Curse was bad (100 straight sports seasons without a championship), New York area teams now have it even worse thanks to Whitney Houston's Curse - 124 consecutive no-title seasons and counting.
